So ... i go to a walk.
And ... actually ... i like it.
I feel good.
It calms me down.
Maybe ... the walk itself takes from the energy of my craziness ... and ...
Yes ... i feel better.
But many refuse ... walking.
Especially ... do it alone.
Somehow ... i am afraid of that too, but i saw it's a trick that works.
... most of the times.
I've recently read about an italian ... who ... totally annoyed of his wife ... most probably not to kill her ... he went for a walk ... for few hundred kilometres.
Police stopped him ... after few days, cause it was covid era.
I've laughed reading this story.
So ... most certainly it works this trick of walking ... to have a better mental health.
Yes ... it's funny.
Ridiculous.
Pathetic.
But ... truth be told ... there are many, many philosophy of love moments when we just lose our minds.
So ... any trick is ... just amazing.
.... if it helps.
I ... would ... personally try ... anything.
That's why ... i walk alone.
... looking like a crazy person.
But ... it's better to look crazy ... than be crazy ...
